Mallory is a Manhattan-based entertainment industry business professional and founder of Berlin Talent Inc. With over a decade of experience under her belt, she brings her relentless enthusiasm, creativity, professionalism and passion for developing talent to create success for her clients. Using her diverse skill set, Mallory fosters collaborative relationships and ensures a positive experience with all parties.

Beginning her career as a performer, Mallory has been seen as the Queen of Hearts in the SoHo Playhouse production of ALICE,   being   hailed  as

"hilarious...whose every exaggerated movement is a crystallization of comedic timing and characterization." (NYTheatre.com). Her turn as the title role in Yentl at the Gene Frankel Theatre earned her accolades: "Special praise must go to Mallory Berlin who makes Yentl seem totally believable" (Hi! Drama) and "Ms. Berlin is truly outstanding, exhibiting both her sexual ambivalences and her religio-socio-political rebellion" (A Seat on the Aisle). Mallory's portrayal as Nora in the Beautiful Soup revival of A Doll's Life, had Call-Me-Adam raving: "Leading this cast was Mallory Berlin (Nora) who's acting skills were as fierce as her vocals."

After several years as a performer, Mallory began to take an interest in the administrative side of theatre. She was awarded internships with several of the most prestigious casting offices in Manhattan, including Calleri Casting (with which she had the honor of sitting beside Barry Manilow, Bruce Sussman and Tony Speciale during the casting of Harmony for The Ahmanson Theatre) and Laura Stancyzk Casting. She cultivated a career in talent after working for several years at Don Buchwald & Associates in the commercial division. During her time there, Mallory helped to develop the careers of several performers and coached many actors in their in-house voice-over studio under the direction of Hugh Klitzke.

In 2015, Mallory tapped into her entrepreneurial spirit and launched Berlin Talent Inc. - the first boutique talent management company focusing on specialty acts and magicians.

Mallory is a graduate of Ithaca College with dual degrees in Vocal Performance and Music Education, and continues to remain active in the music community through coaching and church services.
